    Hainan Bangxi Golf Tee Membrane Structure Engineering Design and Construction General Contract Project Membrane Projection Area 1200 square meters.


    The project is based on on-site construction, from now to design and construction, and the duration is 15 days. This project uses a steel structure of the ceiling frame, the structure of the stretched film material above it, the lower support structure stability, because the roof is relatively simple in shape, the opening is not easily constrained, and high economic efficiency, widely used in any Large and small space is the most representative building in the area.

Material Parameter

 ◪ 1.The steel pipes used are all hot-pressed seamless steel pipes, all of which are made of Q235 and conform to GB700-88.

 ◪2.The pipe-to-pipe cross-links and pipe-to-connector connections may use butt welds or full-period fillet welds.

  3.All butt welds must be cut-through welds. These welds are not specifically graded as Class 3.

  4.The unwelded weld is a fillet weld with a weld not less than 4mm. All exposed openings have a sealing plate and a thickness of 4mm.

  5.The bolts are not shown in the figure as galvanized ordinary large hex head bolts, in line with GB5780-86; nut in line with GB41-86.

  6.Manual welding using E43xx welding rod, welding wire and flux used in automatic welding and semi-automatic welding shall ensure that the tensile strength of the deposited metal is not lower than that of the corresponding manual welding electrode.

  7.The film cloth is made of white PVDF film material.

 8.The material of the steel wire rope conforms to the universal wire rope standard "GB/T8918-1996". If this project is adopted, it is a hemp wire rope with a nominal tensile strength of 1570 and the surface is galvanized.

Product Installation

All welds are to be visually inspected and the visual inspection is grade B.
The surface of all components must be rust-removed, grade is St3, coated with zinc-rich anti-rust epoxy primer, chlorinated rubber topcoat, the total thickness of paint dry film is not less than 130μm
All steel components have sharp corners, burrs and flash edges. After the weld is welded, slag and spatter are removed.
The ultra-long steel structural parts must be properly segmented at the factory during processing, transported to the site for assembly and welding, and required to be able to ensure that the strength of the assembled weld is stronger than the original steel components.
Before the steel structure is installed and installed, it is necessary to check and measure the precision of the buried parts in advance.
